If your new piece isn't quite right, we're here to help. We understand that finding clothing that fits and flatters your shape can sometimes take a little trial and error.

Change of Mind Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Pear Collections. Here is how our returns, exchanges and refunds process works.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • ✔ Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • ✔ Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • ✔ Have all original tags attached
  • ✔ Be in its original condition
  • ✔ Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help with exchanges where stock is available.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when sending items back to Pear Collections.

If your exchange is approved, Pear Collections will cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item back to you within Australia.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 1 to 5 business days for return processing
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items may only be exchanged or issued with a store credit unless the item is faulty or required to be refunded under Australian Consumer Law.

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pearcollections.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
