Within this Pear Stylist Program, you will also receive a 5% commission on every direct sale made by your clients while being able to follow our ‘pearfect’ digital marketing options to make promoting Pear work best for you and your brand personality.

As a stylist receiving 40% off RRP + 5% commission; your responsibilities for Pear Collection include:

- Creating Minimum One Social Media Post per Quarter in Digital Marketing (post content provided by Pear Collections)
- Ongoing Sales Effort to Assist in Sales of Pear Collection Products
